I have lived in Western Colorado since 1971. First I moved to Paonia, then Crawford, Aspen, Basalt, and now my husband and I happily reside in Silt, our home for the past four years. My long history of living in this beautiful land has given me much practical knowledge of water rights,  and the special conditions of home and property ownership in this fast growing and vibrant community!
